Frosting For Cookies And Cakes
Ingredients
- 3 cups Powdered sugar
- ½ cup Butter (softened)
- 1½ tsp Vanilla essence
- 2 tbsps Milk
Instructions
- Blend butter and sugar on low speed, stir in vanilla and 1 tbsp milk.
- Gradually add the remaining milk to make it smooth and spreadable.
- Note: Frosts 13 by 9 inch cake or fills and frosts 9 inch two layer cake.
